organpedal's Logboek, 13 mei 14

I stayed at 187 for about 7 days - very discouraging. Then this morning it dropped down to 185.8. Go figure. May go up before it goes down again. No specific diet as such, but trying to limit my calories, and eat healthy foods. I did splurge on a hot fudge sundae this past Sunday, but cut my calories elsewhere. Trying to drink more liguids. I'm not taking a vitamin pill but maybe I should? I just turned 73. I have been giving myself B-12 monthly shots for several years now - doctor's prescription. I am wearing an iHealth (Apple) activity tracker which encourages me to be more active and I can get an idea of the calories I may be burning during the day.
