madanjen's Logboek, 14 mei 14

Ok...I've continued with no water pills to do an experiment on myself. Need to make sure where I am with no outside interference. I may go back on them if need be but for now I'm ok.

Lost .4 pounds yesterday so that's a good thing. I have to get my exercise in regardless of how hectic my day is. It helps relive stress and right now, I am totally stressed for personal reasons. An old girlfriend who was very close to me is moving back to California and asked me if she could stay here for a few months. UGH!!!

I'm happy right now...don't want changes. Wish me luck on this ongoing drama!!!
