Had a weekend with the in-laws. "Eat! Eat! All that eating we all just did must have worked up an appetite, let's go out to eat!"

I was careful and kept my portions tiny but all progress basically stopped. I'm stepping up cardio this week, we'll see if it helps.

From everything I've read, the earliest part is supposed to be the fastest loss, with the losses settling into more stable, smaller increments later. The stall this early on is somewhat disheartening.
