This morning I had a realisation that in order to ever get back to 69kg I would have to revert to my old ways of striknest, cut out the bread, pasta, and starch, focus on taking to salads to work and healthier eating, not just during the week, but to obliterate the weekend eating, this is the only way, seriously not feeling good this morning, but trying to keep focused
74,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
