Weight is creeping back down. I need to record the "dinner" we ate last night standing at the kitchen counter. It was one of those foraging-for-leftovers kind of dinners. Was feeling ravenous and craving meat. So I had a hamburger patty, some pork tenderloin and sundried tomatoes. Pretty weird.
71,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
