Thanks deb! I was at goalweight 2 months ago but I think I didn't get there in a maintainable way! So slow and steady this time:-) and I'm reasonably happy at 54kg. I'm starting to think it might be my bodies "happy" weight so thinking if all the stress is worth it for 1kg! Will definitely stick to the no chocolate/junk challenge and see what happens!
