Down 10lbs since I began on December 28th! Working very hard here. Walking sometimes 3 x a day. Ramping up my running and tracking food. No alcohol since Dec 25th playing a major role in my opinion. Taking a multivitamin every day and getting more than 8 hours of sleep. All positive changesā¦.hoping this will persist over the long term. Not just a short term change.
