So I've been kinda floating between 269 and 273 the last couple days. Like after I get home from work I'm usually around 269. I eat breakfast at 530 am then don't eat until after work usually around 7pm ish. When I go to bed I usually end up being roughly 273. I think it's due to the physical weight of the food and drink. Meh. I'm at a minor plateau. It's cool. I might do a fast over the weekend to break thru it.
