Blah.. well half a lb down is better than a gain.. especially when I look back at the weekend we had.
97,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 30,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

At least you didn't think you lost a half lb like I did when I weighed myself this morning. I was excited until I checked my yesterday weigh-in and I actually went up a half lb. You're doing good, kiddo!
