I've been dealing with a sick computer (aka anxiety) the last couple of weeks but Hubby got me back up on a new used one last night so nothing can get me down today. I stomped my foot one day last week and we didn't feel like cooking/cleaning after being out grocery shopping and opted for the quickest closest burger doodle. To add insult to injury, I made CarbQuick cheesecake topped with Brown Sugar Splenda and of course we ignore the part about serving size. We haven't done bad at all with other foods other than I know I'm still eating too much. Have forced myself to walk a few times. Could be a stronger progress January but overall I'm not unhappy.
