I went for a hike yesterday during the height of tick season here in SoCal. Minus those little blood suckers it was a good hike, plenty of cloud cover and some sun. I may get rid of this "Farmer's Tan" if I keep this up.

My weigh in this morning was my lowest yet. Surprising since I didn't do any real cardio work yesterday, so I figured it would be steady but far be it from me to complain!
93,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 18,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

You must be feeling better, I went back a couple journals and you had been sick. It is nice for you to be able to go for that hike. I look at your weight loss chart and it is so inspiring, down and down it goes. Thanks for those words of encouragement on a journal I was reading. That helps. That is what I love about this site, everyone just helps one another with their words. :-)

Thank you very much! I never thought I'd be inspiring but my weight chart does have a downward trend to it. :) I'm afraid the days of easy weight loss are behind me (though every time I say that I lose more...) but being healthy means I can engage in more physical activities to help me lose the weight. Thanks again!
