Now looks like I am into the 16’s (stones) properly now 16-11 10 days ago, 16-12 today (yeah, I know it’s up 1, but on Sunday it was 17-1 after a “big” weekend) but a couple of “skinny” days and it’s heading downward again.
Just shows how easy it is to slip, and how you SO need that willpower to not think “it’s just one meal” or “I could really do with a ….”
My mantra? “Hunger is good” - your body’s way of telling you that it is now burning On Board reserves (ie you are now losing weight).
SO if the hunger pangs start to growl, divert yourself. Do something to take your mind off it. Clean something. Go somewhere. If at work, focus on a task. Tell yourself “I’ll have something in an hour” those hunger pangs may fade, and you have achieved a small victory!!
