Wow. I keep losing! Gotta love waking up on a Sunday morning after a night with great friends, good food, a couple of beers and even ice cream dessert! Thanks Anders and Laika for considering me in the food choices. It really made it a great experience.
And this morning, I weighed in at 400 grams less than yesterday.
Of course, I also did a 6 km walk - that helped, I'm sure.
You gotta love being on a weight loss journey where you can eat great food, live life and still lose weight efficiently.
Life is good!
113,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 41,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 28,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
