So this month is no Fat-ruary, planning on working out again and for the entire month none of the following:
- No sugar and milk in tea - No chocolates - No biscuits - No sweet treats - No junk food/takeout
Hoping to shed a few kg by the end of the month and just get back into healthier eating. I've indulged into far too many chocolates this past month 😭 so need to curb the craving! Will get back at the end of the month with an update!
