Hoping to get back on track. My dad passed away two weeks ago and this last month or so has been difficult, travelling to see that he was taken care of. He is in a better place now. I will miss him.
Started a new job and that's been keeping me busy although I haven't been able to get into a routine for eating healthy with this new schedule.
