Started the Smoothie Diet today, I will start off with a week having 3 times a day with 2 snacks, then the following week with 2 times a day 1 meal and 2 snacks a day and ending the third week with 1 a day with 2 meals and 2 snacks. Here we go!
I just finished off this Apple Smoothie I got from the diet plan, it didn't come out to be as green as the picture but it was delicious. I find that I am not hungry at all. It must be the protein.
