Well, I took 2 days off of FS and have not recorded food or exercise for the past 2 days. Still moving steady, but cheated 1 time with a small brownie last night at my PL sale. On to today, gonna try to get back on track. have another busy day, but can't let my plan suffer. I will get back on track today and get back on the elliptical after my sale ends today. Going out tonight with Friends to see a HOT 80's band and know I will have drinks, so I am gonna be super careful today to save some calories for tinight! ROCk ON!
