Not up, not down....end of June is pretty close..just occurred to me that maybe i should start devising my own workout schedule at home which would not involve extras like weights, treadmill, etc so that when i go abroad i can still exercise and not undo all my weight loss just before going on holiday... if i can devise a workout routine i can do in my hotel room than i should not have an excuse to maintain! so this is my next project!
