fatfreeme's Logboek, 17 feb 22

Ok so it’s moving in the right direction now. I’m trying to up my calories but not go over. I tend to eat too little or too much. I added a little exercise with weights for my upper body since I have an injured leg. And I also hopped back and forth on one leg trying to get my heart rate up. And started doing exercises on a yoga mat. I can still do a split lol 😂 so I did some stretching and crunches. I know People say you can’t spot reduce but I don’t believe that because my stomach looks more toned in one day 😂 so hopefully this week I will pull far away from the 180’s. Sometimes I hear men say they are fit at 6 feet 180’pounds and I cringe because here I am barely 5’5 and we’ll now 179. 🤪🤷‍♀️
81,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
