ArtistaMalia's Logboek, 16 feb 22

It’s been 3 weeks today since I have started using this app and I am stunned by the results. Aside from a few emotional eating cheat days. So far I have only lost 9 pounds but I have lost 4 inches off my waist!!! Late last year I tried making a few healthy changes but totally fell off the wagon with the holidays as so many of us do. I ended up gaining five of the fifteen pounds I lost. After Christmas I to a hard fall and sprained my ankle badly tearing ligaments in my foot and ankle. Being laid up depressed me and I began to eat unhealthily again just from being sad and feeling discouraged. Well that lasted about a week after my back started to hurt... And here I am. Hurting like hell but full of energy and motivation 🤗💪🏼🏋️👣💗
