I didn't eat enough calories yesterday as we were on the go most of the day, but I wasn't very hungry either. Exercised late again this evening and was surprised at how much energy I had. Midday I had my monthly acupuncture and ankles adjusted. It was really nice today, a bit breezy, but still got hubby out for a walk around the block. 1476 steps and stayed around 45 on the elliptical. I've lost 27 lbs so far.
