I"m really sick of this up and down thing with the ol' metal monster!!!! I'm leaving on vacation for 2-3wks tomorrow and am determined to stay OP and workout and be at least 6lbs lighter when I return!!!!!

When I am going on vacation I just try to focus on maintaining my weight. I find that it's hard enough when all the special foods. But if you can lose weight while on vacation--kudos to you! I wnat to know your secret!

you are doing really well, congrats on quitting smoking and losing weight! It is a tough go, how did you quit smoking? I am down to 2 packs a week, but just cant kick that and am scared that if I quit I will gain even more weight again.
