Feeling very motivated today! yesterday had a look at the before and after pics from page 1 of some members and the transformations are awesome....and there are no shortcuts! some people have achieved remarkable weight loss and saw progress even after a few months. I looked at my numbers again and looked at my target numbers - just a month ago i was very close to getting to those numbers and was very excited - i have to pick myself up and work hard again to get there but if i was going to make it then i will make it now....hopefully no more interruptions until i get there! I was surprised at how little water i was drinking at the office despite the hot weather - the a/c tricks the body into thinking you don't need it - so my colleague and i decided to switch it off and suddenly i was drinking water back to back until i had my 6 glasses during office hrs - drank a half litre at gym in the eve and another 1 in the morn - so that should have been about it for the day. I must say it was an effort to drink so much but it's the only way to flush the fat and cellulite!
