Yea! Getting there! Still following Belly Fat Cure, but with a few more restrictions. I am consuming 1,000 daily calories or less, no more than 15 g. sugar, 120 g. carbs, 30 g. fat, and eating more protein. All while getting to the gym as much as I can (am a teacher and work a second job). This upcoming week we are on vacation, but working my second job, but will be at the gym and putting in 2 miles on treadmill (3.5 mph), 15 min. on elliptical, rowing 500-1000 m., and working groups of muscles. It feels so good to be back at the gym!
