Yesterday was really hard for me. I need instant gratification and I'm not really seeing that so I ate something I shouldn't haveā¦..a biscuit! Well now the scale is up and I have only me to blame. Here's to being better today.

Just remember that day to day (and even morning to night) it's completely normal for the scale to go up and down. I know what you mean though, it's hard to not have instant gratification from dieting, which is why so many people fail at it! Don't beat yourself up about it, just keep going and every day is a new day!
