Week 2 - day 1 workout went good and also did treadmill walk for 25 mins. Tonight combat/kickbox class + 30 mins treadmill walk. I think the treadmill walk on a 3.5 incline at 5.5 setting is good if you're so sedentary as i am during the day...it's working, so I'll stick to it.
