Up .6 lbs from last "official" weigh-in. I keep telling myself not to worry. And, honestly? I'm not really worried ... I weighed 179.4 one day last week. The rest of the time I've been hanging around 180. In fact if I average my daily weight for the past 7 days it is 180.2, pretty darn consistent. But, you know how you get it in your head that you want to see a certain number? Like 170-something!!! Oh well, it doesn't really mean anything!! I'm so delighted that I am continuing to lose, although definitely much slower, and more than that I am delighted that I am NOT GAINING ... like I have after every other significant weight loss in my life. YEA ME!!! So off to Denver we are ... my mother and I ... too see my niece get married. The rehearsal dinner is at Benihana's ... yum!!! I'm certain we'll eat a few things we don't typically eat, like WEDDING CAKE!!!!! But we'll not dive in, head first!! LOL!!! Have a great 4th of July ...
