madanjen's Logboek, 23 jun 14

Well, I stayed the same as my last weigh in but still lost 1.8 pounds this past week. Now I'm on a mission. A while back, I had a PERFECT WEEK meaning I followed healthy eating and did all my aerobic and resistance training to the tee Monday to Friday. I NEED TO get below 220 this week and nothing is going to stop me....especially me! :)
