I eat 3 meals a day with some snacks, but... why still in same weight as I often skipped breakfast and never had snacks??

Look at what you are eating and drinking.
Do not skip meals but ensure those meals and snacks are healthy and nutritious, not processed and short term carb loaded filler type foods. A good balance is required.
