It's Monday and back to eating veggies for the day to detox and to get back on track after 4 days of 'vacation' eating. I tried to fit in my workouts last week at odd hours like just after lunch. I didn't think it worked out just as good as working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but so long as i got myself to working out i felt good. I did miss out on Week 3 - day 5 and so i hope to fit it in today before dance class. So then tomorrow i will start on week 4 - day 1. If not, i would have taken 3 rest days last week and allow just 1 rest day this week. After pasta night and a day at the pool last Thursday and Friday, my weight rocketed up by 2 kilos!(didn't want to log this as it gets my motivation down) so on the Sat and the Sun i tried to eat as clean as possible to get the weight down. Not so bad today but it was a shocker to see 60kg again on the weighing scale last Saturday morning! Hey, I just don't want to go back there! I kept reminding myself of the challenge and that it is a 12 week process and so i am looking forward to week 4 and see some results!
