DPalmieri's Logboek, 30 jun 14

Being fat is a nightmare and the harder I try to lose it the more it seems that I gain it. Three years ago I'd eat a yogurt, work out for 2 hours, have a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, then have a salad for lunch, and a decent sized dinner with plenty of water and I dropped the weight. Now that I've gained it back, plus, it won't freaking come off.
112,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 55,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
