Week 4 day 2 - tummy work. Had a good workout + 20 min on treadmill with a 3.5 incline and 4.0 sped setting. Tonight BLT + 30 min treadmill + 15min swim + 20 min sauna. I love dry sauna at the end of the day! It eases any muscle soreness and i feel the toxins oozing out of my skin! Even after i shower i keep sweating until I get home, so feels like i'm still working out :)!
