I'm pleased I've stayed at 11st 10lbs :)I've increased the amount I am eating, as I was getting silly and reducing the amount I was eating to lose weight faster. Which is really unhealthy as have done this in the past and become really unwell. And I don't want that to happen again. And the fact that I stayed at the same weight confirmed that I won't gain weight as long as I eat the right foods :)
I've been to Cardiff for the day before I go on to my night shift, but I made sure to eat my fish and asparagus and make some chicken&asparagus ready for my night shift.
I won't be shocked if I weigh 11st 11lb tomorrow, because I would have had a meal throughout the night. Silly night shifts! :P
