Week 4 Day 3 - arms workout. Going good,noticed the gym was not so busy so the machines were available making a smooth transition from set to set. Again upped my weights to 7.5kg on each side on the barbell, mainly because they were already set up so, so I gave them a shot rather than dismantlng them. I think i handles them pretty well so I'll stick to this weight for this workout for the next couple of weeks. Tonight it's Pilates class + 30min treadmill + 15 min swim + 20 min sauna.
