Midol + prunes = a pretty good weigh in. This may be a new low, but I'm not counting on it sticking. Since we started a new month, it's hard to say what my average caloric intake is since last Thursday when I decided to relax my intake somewhat. I'll have to crunch the numbers later. I didn't have time for a spreadsheet in the last week, but I'm guessing it'll be close to the 1500 I was shooting for, maybe a bit less.

Great job on the loss, glad to hear things are doing better on the digestive front. I wonder if prunes and midol would work for me? :) Have a great holiday.
