After a long weekend I am back and will be better about tracking and weighing in. I usually do that latter on Thursdays, but this last Thursday I was packing up for camping. Intake was high this weekend, but so was exercise level, and I think it all balanced out. I also find that things like "running up from the basement to the ground floor and then to the upstairs" doesn't leave me huffing and puffing any more. This is a good development.
Part of this weekend involved avoiding those horrible nasty pit toilets at the national park, and part of it involved screwing up my hydration levels quite a bit. I suspect once I return to normal bathroom patterns and hydration levels I might see a few ounces difference almost immediately.
I will cut intake and boost fiber and exercise this week, and we'll see what Thursday looks like.
