Lost a bit/lot of motivation...amazing how easy it is to get out of routine/diet....going away to New Orleans for Easter weekend, plus work and house renovations, and Art Gallery protesting, due to City trying to take away our Art Gallery, has kept me extremely busy, this last few weeks. Need to get back to consistent journalling, and back full time on plan.
