MsDeRobbio's Logboek, 25 jul 14

I have had to stop cardio (treadmill) because of a torn peroneal tendon in ankle. Injured end of May, but finally diagnosed beginning of July. Gained 5 pounds. Need to change my mindset.
74,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.

Remember you lose weight in the kitchen and get fit at the gym. You don't need exercise to lose weight. Make a plan and stick with it. You can always do some upper body workouts or maybe swimming would be okay. Good luck!
