HI! it's Week 8! i completed all week 7 yesterday but did not have access to journal and log in my dailies. Well, week 7 rewarded me with a weigh in of 55.9kg...week 8 is going to be super challenging as i did not manage to recharge my batteries over the weekend...ended up at home, watching movies and waiting around....my father in-law was admitted to emergency in hospital due to kidney failure issues, my husband was with him all the time and starved, and i was at home waiting around for some kind of news...the stress of waiting got to me and i ate anything that was hiding in the cupboards or in the fridge! i even drank coke and i haven't touched a softdrink in like 15 years!Thank goodness just had 1 can which belonged to my son! and i am still in the same mood of overeating today and can't seem to stop myself even though i am at work. just confirms i am a stress eater and whilst some people say they lose their appetite in stressful situations, i go overboard! Well i did put in a zumba workout to cheer me up and move my full belly yesterday and this morning also tried to be energetic to a zumba workout..Hoping to get through an amazing week 8, full of challenges!
