After a big loss last week of over 3 pounds, I expected this smaller loss so am happy. Hey, down is down! Have been busy lately and unable to journal or read everyone's updates (boss is back from vacation which means I'm back to late nights at work - and then the gym). Hope you are all doing well and will check back soon. Heading out tonight to camp at the lake. Brother is bringing his boat so I'm sure I'll get in a lot of exercising skiing and playing! Hope to eat reasonably while camping! Have a great weekend everyone!
