Well, I'm home from the trip and back in control of my food. France was much harder than Italy because of all the creamy sauces on everything. I imagine I got a fair amount of roux with flour. I think I got kicked out of ketosis in the last couple of days from an inappropriate dark chocolate munch (it was only 70% and I misread the size of the package). Going over the food on the plane had been great and there were legal choices. Coming home none at all and I decided to eat 2 crackers since I was out of ketosis anyway. So up one pound isn't too bad though for two weeks in Europe. :)
I'm not going to go into strict induction - I'll wait and see if control is enough to start losing again. But I will go back if I need to.

I think you did a tremendous job maintaining. Its good practice for when you have met your goal and shouldn't neeed to keep a log.
