I’m surprised the # isn’t a bit lower. I have been consistently in the top 160s for over a week which lets me know I’ve definitely left the 170s, hurray. With diligent CICO and activity I did expect to see more loss today. The great news is I am down 3/4 inch off both my waist and hips 🥳🥳🥳
