madanjen's Logboek, 05 aug 14

A little bit more loss and no exercise just some healthy eating and tons of stress! Lol. But it's all good. I did get some exercise this morning and will to a lower body weight workout tonight.

I had watermelon for breakfast and mannnnn, it's delicious but those bathroom runs are intense. I had about a pound and a half of watermelon today. It filled me up (for a little while) so low in calories. Tried wheat grass juice this morning. I would love to say I can drink that all the time but that would be fibbing.
