1.5 pounds even in a week that I went completely off the diet due to work stuff. Almost a week of too much fast food and other on-the-go junk. I'm happy I decided, in advance, to call it off for this week; I'm also happy that, despite it being a particularly junk-y week, I didn't go too far off the deep end; I kept my calories within my general RDI parameters without actively monitoring them. That's a win in and of itself.
Nevertheless, I made up for all the "over" days with my "under" days, and I even ended up losing a little over a pound. I'm back to angling for about 4 pounds/week. Let's go 200 by the 1st of June! Awesome. Getting to 199 is going to be a good day.
