Day 3 started today. Feeling pretty good about this again. No keto flu yet, but I'm doing my best to keep the electrolytes up and to stay hydrated. Implementing vitamin supplementation this go round with a better quality vitamin to see if that helps with the cramping and general junkiness that can come about from time to time.
Rode the bike to and from work yesterday 12 miles each way. 102 and a headwind made it feel like I was in a giant blowdryer. Not the best. But it was nice to be on the bike for a change. Hopefully we don't have a later summer this year, and can start riding in regularly come Sept.
