I got on this site to keep track of my cal intake and hold myself accountable. so far it's better than I expected. not only do I get to keep track of what I eat but I get to share with the fs community which makes this whole process much more enjoyable n exciting. I'm a 43 year old woman who wants to feel good in her body again. my ideal weight is 140 ideal body is tone healthy lean n strong. I have arthritis in my right knee n hip so I can't go crazy with the workouts but I enjoy yoga, strength training with light weights or bands, walks n bicycling n swimming 💪 for food I like Mediterranean type foods, veggies, n I'm starting to discover more about plant based foods n all the health benefits they have to offer goals are lose the weight, get strong 💪 n lean. eat mostly plant based/ Mediterranean type foods. be healthy.
