dropped 2 kgs in 2 weeks.

slow development but a positive one.

didnt have any diet.

ate less after 8 pm.

if i had to eat then it was either 2 chapati or a small bowl of rice.

most important, absolutely NOTHING after nine thirty.

also had green tea after nine.
100 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 25 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
Gewichtsafname van 0,8 kg per week

Good for you! Green tea is one of the anti-inflammatory foods that make you healthy and reduce pain. Others are turmeric, ginger, fish or fish oil, spinach, collard greens, kale, Swiss chard, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, cauliflower, carrots, beets, onions, peas, squashes, and washed raw salad greens.
