yams's Logboek, 13 aug 14

Didn't lose as much as I wanted to following my nutrition plan to the T. I did increase my calories to an appropriate level so I won't be burning muscle for fuel and I also started strength training. My plan this week is to workout three times.

One Jillian Michaels. One Fitness Blender 20 minute HIIT. One heavy weight workout on my own.

Super stoked to start seeing more changes in my shape and gaining muscle.

Feeling at peace with myself and my approach to nutrition and exercise this round. No more starvation. No more grueling six day a week exercise regimens. Only things that I can possibly continue to do after reaching my goal.
