njashka8's Logboek, 14 aug 14

I weighed myself on our ancient scales this morning. After nearly 3 months of not weighing myself and not always logging food i'm happy with only a 1.3kg gain. might be the scales are off or i'm retaining some water so will see what my weight does over the next few days.
EDIT:Waist measurement 66cm (up 0.5cm)
56,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 19,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Just be faithful in what you have been doing thus far, and your weight will be okay.

Buy new ones, you will know for sure if it's you or an error. Scales need replacing after a while anyway

Leave the scales where they are. Buy new scales when you move to your new place. :)

thanks encouraged,rynni and deb! Yep these scales are 5yrs old and cheap. Will be buying new ones but I couldn't resist any longer and had to step on them!
