Weight is starting to slowly come back down and I am quite happy with the 1lb loss. Don't get me wrong of course it would be nice to lose a huge amount each week, but I find when that happens I tend to over think the numbers on the scales and cut calories to low that it is unsustainable. This time around I am going for slow and steady weight loss. Hope you are all having a lovely morning.
